And also ... I can barely upload my jpgs... I don't get it. They are under 64 MB - it keeps saying HTTP fail... what to do! It's so frustrating... and I know for sure that it's not my internet connection...

Hm maybe thats why you're getting that error cause the images can't be uploaded successfully. Maybe your webspace is full?
You could contact your webhost about that.

    Hey!
I'm not able to reproduce that. Are you editing your menu in "Appearance" -> "Menus"?
This is a standard WordPress screen that I didn't touch. I will keep out an eye for that for sure.
You could try to deactivate other plugins that u may have installed, not sure if that might help.

    :/

It seems that maybe you deleted an image from the media library that was a featured image of a project?

Check your projects in your backend. Maybe there's one without a featured image aka "project thumbnail"?

I'm gonna make sure this error won't be visible in the next version.

By the way, you could deactivate the jetpack and woocommerce plugins on your site, cause they load extra files. And you probably don't need these plugins anyway cause laytheme doesn't work with woocommerce.

Ok, so there is a problem with the duplicated posts you say. Hmm, can you describe the problem in more detail?
Thanks, I'm happy that you like the theme :)

    Hey Thomas!

If you like you can try to fix this problem by yourself by following the steps in "Changing the URL of your website but staying on the same webhost" here: http://laytheme.com/how-to-use.html#moving-website

    Hey!

This site seems to work fine: http://breitkopf.bplaced.net/

If you want to set up everything so that when you go to "www.motionbrandingmotionbranding.de" and it shows the contents of "http://breitkopf.bplaced.net/" but the domain name "www.motionbrandingmotionbranding.de" always stays in the url address bar; Theeen you need to update your database to not have "http://breitkopf.bplaced.net/" entires anymore, but just "www.motionbrandingmotionbranding.de" entries. So basically you need to replace the old url with the new one. The plugin "WP Migrate DB" helps with replacing urls and exporting your database. After that you'd need to replace your old database with that one. Make sure to have a backup!

I just wrote a little tutorial about all that here: http://laytheme.com/how-to-use.html#moving-website

    Nice site!
I think you got some things mixed up a little cause neither of the 2 sites really work :/

    You have 2 domains: "themobiusstrip.fr" and "rblt.fr".

themobiusstrip.fr is the old domain, so let's assume your website works when ppl go on that domain. (Which it doesn't right now)
You can configure the domain "rblt.fr" so that it redirects to "themobiusstrip.fr". Which means in the browser address bar you will then see "themobiusstrip.fr".

    OR

You use a plugin like "Wp Migrate DB" to change your database so all "themobiusstrip.fr" addresses become "rblt.fr" addresses. Then you configure your domain "themobiusstrip.fr" to always redirect to "rblt.fr" so that only the domain name "rblt.fr" will be visible on the browser address bar.

You need to update lay theme to the latest version. You have the latest WordPress version 4.4 installed. It is incompatible with earlier versions of lay theme.

Ok, I think using "WP Migrate" maybe you have to replace both the URL and the path for everything to work well.

You see, at the bottom there's /home/arminunruh/… that's my file path. In case I would need to transfer my site to another server, I would need to replace that too. This php snippet is an easy way to find out the path: http://www.htaccesstools.com/articles/full-path-to-file-using-php/
