    it seems the theme is missing a file. maybe your lay theme is corrupted, meaning somehow its missing a file mh can you go to laykeymanager.com download the latest version then go to appearance ā†’ themes and then upload the downloaded lay theme, replacing the old one? or: 2. Disable all Plugins maybe theres an issue with a plugin if it doesnt work can you send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?

    can you send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic AND your FTP login info to info@laytheme.com? on my lay theme installation it works for firefox too. maybe theres a weird issue with your website. I'll need your ftp login too

    hey when you use the cover feature maybe dont put a place freely element there the place freely feature doesnt work well with the cover feature or any layouts that use browser height rows or custom browser height rows: [image: 1696341375400-screenshot-2023-10-03-at-15.56.12.png]

    carousel autoplay speeding up for large delays and slow fades

    oh it seems in my code i didn't add autoplay and transition speed when determining when to switch out an image i only had the autoplay value in use i fixed it now, can you update the carousel addon?

I also code custom websites or custom Lay features.

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options ā†’ Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
