    Dear @GAP

Could you please make sure of the following: ๐ŸŒ

Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?

Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.

Any third-party plugins are temporarily de-activated.

How have you added your fonts into > Lay Options > Webfonts ? Do you use a Child theme? - Your theme name reads /lay-1/

    Also these links may help:

    Dear @arocharocha

I see you have some third-party plugins installed. To help with the debugging - could we set up a Vanilla Lay Theme environment? this way we can test if its the Theme or something else.

Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?

Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.

Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.

If using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.

License key not activated - (in website blank situations or button not available)

If your WordPress Dashboard shows a warning "PHP Update requiredโ€โ€จ Please update your PHP version in your webhost control panel.

Possibly your website is running PHP 8.0 this has been known in some cases to cause issue.

If the images then appear - you can re-activate your Plugins one by one to see which is causing the clash! ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐ŸŒ

Talk soon and have a wonderful day Richard

    Dear @pandeli

In your above screenshot, you may see its written:

"Please insert your "Font name", "JavaScript Embed Code" and your "font-family" CSS below. Don't insert any other CSS styles like "font-weight" or "font-style"!"

You only need to insert the main font-family from google, not its variations. Then in "text formats" you can use this font and change its weight or style settings properly:

    Dear @slomka

Unsure if this a Lay Theme Bug ๐Ÿ›, have you used third-party plugins and custom code to insert these social media icons?

If you could please describe your setup a bit more for further understanding ๐ŸŒ

    Dear Alasdair @alasdair17

I see there are some 3rd party Plugins installed along with console errors.
It is likely your Wordpress back-end environment and not Lay Theme.

"Lay Theme is not responsible for compatibility with all 3rd-party plugins."

Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?

Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.

Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.

Also you reference reloading page, check out AJAX in Lay Options :Screen Shot 2021-09-01 at 11.17.14 AM.png

    https://laytheme.com/troubleshooting.html

Please test Lay Theme in this vanilla environment and see if the anchor works as it should. ๐ŸŒ
From there you can add plugins back in 1 by 1 and see when the clash occurs - isolating the problem plugin.

    Great to hear @Jahn
    Thanks for the update

    Richard

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options โ†’ Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
