    your text probably contains html copy the text, paste the text into a texteditor like "sublime text" copy the text from sublime text then create a new text element in the gridder and paste the text this strips all the tags from html code of in the texteditor you click the <> button and remove the html tags yourself

    hey garrod we already fixed this right? if you create a lay theme website next time please use wordpress of wordpress.org, not wordpress.com as described in the installation instructions

    hey do these steps: Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons Disable all Plugins Go to Lay Options ā†’ Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes" Now see if your problem solved itself if it didnt help: can you send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?

    ok ok @arminunruh you are right. I was 100% sure thought that I have updated both the lay theme and the addon, but actually I haven't updated the lay theme... sorry to bother you. thank you, greetings

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options ā†’ Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
