Dear @Miquel-Pérez The Files are located on a server then. They should be accessible from the Control Panel of your Webhost. Usually it's called FTP manager or something Similar. Within Wordpress' root folder should be a wp-config.php file. I would be very careful if you are unsure what to do as this could lead to errors that will require a fresh re-install of Wordpress ( lose all content within ). If unsure, most popular Web hosts offer support and can help you with these kinds of questions. Have a wonderful day & best wishes 🌻 Richard

Dear Hayo @Hayo-Gebauer "The plugin "Really Simple SSL" was the culprit" Noted. ✅ On Lay Theme's Shop page there is reference to "Really Simple SSL" 2. SSL Make sure your website uses SSL/https. This is needed for the payment gateways to work properly. If your website address does not start with "https://" but with "http://", you need to set your domain to use SSL. After you have activated SSL for your website, you might need to use a Plugin like "Really Simple SSL" to make it work. You are using HTTPS i believe, do i need to notify Armin that Really Simple SSL is causing issue? 🤔 Would be great to know your thoughts & best wishes Hayo 🌼 Richard

Dear @FloMo Does the following apply to you? https://laytheme.com/troubleshooting.html#nothing-shows-up Are you able provide any more info about your setup? 🔍 Please confirm the Following: Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ? Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed. Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue. Best wishes Richard

Dear Alexandre @A-o but to have something like a tumblr I have to play with code? The slider is in full size by default. If you wish to use the Fullscreen Slider but need it smaller than browser's width then yes, you will have to apply Custom Code as it's Fullscreen by default. The Carousel Addon can be sized in the Gridder without custom code. I went back to my site and apparently the Commercial category doesn't work anymore... is it normal ? I might need more context for this sorry, Was it in a category filter? or has it dissapeared? in what way does it not work?
