    I am not sure if scrollmagic does work with LayTheme.

    LayTheme is a single javascript website:

    You might be able to code it for yourself maybe without that plugin?

    I can see that the frame works.

    But why do you use an iframe? You can achieve the same result without. I strongly recommend not to use an iframe.

    there is not a really good way.
    One way would be to create a footer, add it to all the pages and then position it like a sidebar with CUSTOM CSS.

    Hope that works out.

    to make this good it is too much for the forum support right now.

    Is there a way that you can work around it if this is such an issue?
    Maybe you can make it without the adjusted scroll speed and then later, when you learned more do the fix…

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
