You can only have one nav-bar at the moment.
You would need to program the top one with CUSTOM HTML and CUSTOM CSS yourself.
Not that difficult.

It also depends from browser to browser. Probably you can make your own one with jQuery. But I think it will be complicated.

That is not really possible.

But there are ways:

Use a custom HTML code for that page and custom CSS. Kind of hide the site-title and make your own instead.

Use jQuery to exchange the text.
