    you cannot switch off the transitions in general.

    You can use the mobile alternative layout. Did you have a look into that?
    Maybe your overwrite the font-size in the textbox.
    Can you reset the font size?

    yes. My solution was the first step into this direction.
    We sadly cannot offer help in this big amount.
    If you show this to a developer he should know what to do.
    Or dig into it yourself.

    It could be that this way of scrolling is outdated now. I remember that there are different ways of scrolling to a page. Best is to research in forums like StackOverflow for a function like this. This is basically not related to your Wordpress.

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
