    Dear Jan,

    I meant that you can put one word inside of the div class in another div or span class. You can wrap the word like <span> this </span>.
    And then you can address it with jQuery or CSS.

    Hope that helped!

    Dear @caskov

    do you know the basics of CSS?

    Then you can use the CUSTOM CSS to move things around.

    Dear @jwk
    this is not a default thing. You might need to code that in jQuery.

    This could be interesting:

    Dear @charleyray
    when you make a double click on the thumbnail grid you are able to have different settings for each grid.
    To have different settings which you can change with the CUSTOMIZER is not possible.

    PS: You could use CUSTOM CSS to achieve what you want…

    Dunno if I get this right,… but project arrows are for navigating between projects (as the name implies). It doens’t make much sense to use these for navigation between pages.
    But you could of course do that with some custom code. I would consider this off-topic and should be discussed in another thread.

    Cheers!

    What exactly isn’t working for you?
    Is it not translating into the frontend as expected?
    ↳ if it’s the latter, do you have a link to inspected the faulty behaviour?
    Or are you experiencing problems in the backend?
    Have you tried if it works in a different more advanced browser like chrome?

    @edgrbnz said in Flashing homescreen:

    Your given example sounds more like a video-based solution to me. The easiest way would be a video with all the desired flashing, split-screen and stuff with final cut, premiere, after effects or any toolset you feel comfortable with and then:

    Thank you SO much! Very helpful!

    I would make a character-style in the Text Formats with your desired look and choose it in the customizer afterwards. You could also target the project titles with a custom css and add font-weight: bold; or font-weight: 700;

    Hope that helps.

    Cheers!

    @mariusjopen Hi thanks for your reply, I found a solution with a Wordpress plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/page-scroll-to-id/ and from the looks of it this works. So for people out there with the same trouble use the plugin. :)

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
