hey jason really nice website using your javascript, the click event doesn't even get triggered for me but if i bind the click event so it does get triggered by using: jQuery(document).on('click', '.burger-overlay-id-3043', function(event){ }) somehow the overlay doesnt even show up how about you just use the normal X close icon without replacing anything [image: 1731832858095-screenshot-2024-11-17-at-09.40.52.png] i cant make it work the way you want unfortunately :/

no i cant think of a easy way to do that! you can still share the permalink of the news post. just in wp-admin go to news, choose a post here and get its link there

yea for now i will leave it like this, cause otherwise i'd have to implement some kind settings for projects to know what page the underlying overlay page should be. also when you would go on a project directly, you'd then load 2 pages at once, which can make the initial load slower :/

hey i never tried it, not sure! can you just create a layout with it and then u get a shortcode for that layout? if so, then yes. then you can probably insert the shortcode with +more → +shortcode in the gridder if u want i can create a test website for you to try it out, just send an email to info@laytheme.com

to change the paddings on a per video basis, you need to add a html class to an element. https://laytheme.com/documentation/custom-css-styling.html#create-button-style here i show how to target a specific element. but thumbnails inside a elementgrid or project thumbnail grid cant have different custom html classes. only the "elementgrid"/"project thumbnail grid" element itself can. so you might want to add each thumbnail using +project thumbnail maybe its easier if you just crop the videos using a video editing tool like handbrake

ahh i think if you use a font, and with css you just say font-weight: bold; then it just makes the font a little thicker, but its not the same as when you actually use the bold font version of this font. however, if the font is a variable font, and it has an axis for how bold it is, using that axis will create the real version of that font. not the artificially thicker one. so in case you have a variable font at hand, you could then create multiple textformats in "textformats" and apply them wherever you want. if adobe gives you multiple font files, one for each weight, then you have to insert them one by one. however, are there any instructions from adobe's side, where they say "just import this ONE file and then use this css for this font weight" and so on? Or are there any instructions on the adobe font family website that say "this is how you import all weights all at once"?
