    Hello Armin,
    it would be fantastic, if you'll code a caption feature for the lightbox someday in the future,
    I will stalk your lay theme site to get the news ;-)
    But for now:
    Thanks, grazie & merci for your help!!!
    Best, K

    Thank you for pointing it out! Surely this method is much more versatile than "inline"!

    I'm sure a row-background image is fully responsive to the height of the row. And you could set the rowheight to 45vh with custom css. But yeah, then you don't have the parallax effect as we discussed earlier :D :/

    Hey Lukas!
    Hm, I think their whole menu is custom coded using the "HTML at top" field in "Misc Options" and some custom javascript.

    At the moment lay theme actively disables submenus. So even if you try to create submenus it probably won't work.
    I'm going to change that for an upcoming version. But I think the support for submenus is going to be really basic at first. I'll try to remember and write you when there's support for submenus!

    Yeah the post is kind of greyed out, guess that means he deleted it.

    I think it could work with some css like this for example:

    .col[data-type="project"]:hover .ph{ border: 10px solid #00f; } .col[data-type="project"] .ph{ border: 10px solid transparent; }

    Hey Jean-Marc,
    I'm not sure anymore why I took "drafts" out :/. I think when you create a new project or page but on your website there is no link to that project/page, then it doesn't get indexed right away.

    Lay theme just supports one menu at the moment. This tutorial explains how to change your menu color based on the site that you are on at the moment: http://laytheme.com/how-to-use.html#custom-css-styling

    Thanks for the quick reply! Works now, as long as no script is involved.
    All best,

    Yeah I think lineheight doesnt apply to the menu cause normally you don't have multiline text.
    Try:

    nav.primary a { line-height: 1.4; }

    Hey! That's not possible right now. But I think it's a really good idea, so I will code that one day.

    Hey, maybe this helps. Since the update 1.056 today, there are better javascript events that you can use:

    Hey!

    Customize -> Site Title -> Site Title -> "Text or Image": Set that to Image and then you can set your custom logo!

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
