Did you follow the steps in "How to Install" and "Troubleshooting" but still have problems? And your webhost support could not help you either? Ask here.

    You are correct, On three domains of your choice you can use the one License key.

    Dear @felixk

    Some first steps of debugging if you will:

    Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?

    Any Custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.

    Any third-party plugins de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.

    If your WordPress Dashboard shows a warning "PHP Update required"
    please update your PHP version in your webhost control panel.

    Additionally please take a look at https://laytheme.com/troubleshooting.html for known problems.

    If these do not help:
    Could you please send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?

    Strange, sometimes it may take a little while for Lay Theme to register with updates, but unlikely.

    Please feel free to email lostfiles@laytheme.com asking for the most recent update and it will be sent to you.

    If further issue occurs after this let me know and will try to sort it out! :)

    This is an error with misconfiguring wordpress.
    Please try google: https://www.google.com/search?q=cannot+login+to+wordpress+admin+after+changing+url&rlz=1C5CHFA_enDE926DE928&oq=cannot+access+wordpress+admin+after+url+ch&aqs=chrome.1.69i57j0i22i30i457.8679j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

    This would be the solution:

    – Using FTP/ SFTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides, access phpMyAdmin on your host, then find your DB, there check the wp_options Table (Note: The table prefix of wp_ may be different if you changed it when installing), and make sure siteurl field and home field are correct. See https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL#Changing_the_URL_directly_in_the_database
    – If you don’t feel comfortable messing with the database, contact your hosting provider to help you with this or try other methods described in the aforementioned codex
    – If you haven’t already done, always backup your database before doing any actions, just in case something really goes wrong. You can never have enough backups!

    Sorry if this is the wrong question right now, but i wish to help, just to clarify?

    Did you upload the compressed file or the opened "zip"?

    Did you upload the Lay Theme file into Plugins instead of Themes?

    Could you please take a screenshot of the problem as when i view your site I am getting:

    Apologies to send you onto another platform but it should help you faster:

    Could you please write an email with your "license key" and a link to this thread to licensekeys@laytheme.com

    And there we can deal with License Key related issues.

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
