Got an idea for Lay Theme? I might include it in a new update or code an addon.

Yes! This solution is way better. Work it as an add-on or bake it into the theme.
The footer layout should still use Gridder, so we can align stuff on the grid.

Yeah, would be cool to have that as an Addon. I will work on that.

Hey! Yea makes sense, you are the second person who would like to have that feature. Maybe this can be part of a general footer feature in the future.

Imagine you had 15 different headline styles. There is no h15.
Yes I think its a good idea to have a custom css field.
    Cheers

I think from a user experience perspective its good to keep it kind of simple but to still have as many options as you need. I think I need to find a good balance.

Thanks! Ok, yeah I think these are good ideas. I can implement them in the next update.

Edit: Version 1.022 lets you set the image-logo width in px too! And it is displayed in the mobile menu bar.

Yeah, I think it would be good to be able to either define font sizes in px or in vw. When defined as vw, the font size resizes with the browser. https://css-tricks.com/viewport-sized-typography/

Should only be used for big text though. Small text could become way too small at a certain size. Like here: http://shop.mango.com/iframe.faces?state=he_004_AL
    :scream:

Edit: In version 1.022 the font-size can now be set in % in Text Formats and the Customizer

Before you post:
  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
  3. Disable all Plugins
  4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into

When you post:
  1. Post a link to where the problem is
  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
