Social media buttons in footer

Hi,

I recently istalled the social media plugin (with shortcode) and it works perfectly.
But I was wondering if it's possible to use them in a footer, so they will stick at the bottom of the webpage.

I don't know which social media plugins you use.

But if it is a shortcode – I think you can place it in a page which you use as Footer.
Why not?

I used https://wordpress.org/plugins/social-icons/ recommended by Armin in a different topic.

Then my next question is, how do I create or insert a footer?
