Fix site title on specific page

Hi!
I hope someone could help me in the right direction?
I have my site title set to' hide when scrolling', but I want to fix it for one specific page http://charlie-bird.com/aboutI have tired a few different things but nothing has worked,

do I get something wrong? For me the site-title is fixed on the about page.Best!

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
