Carousel button doesn`t open the media screen. Can`t add carousel.

Browser: Mozilla, Chrome
The Plugin Carousel is actived. I can see it and click it but nothing happens.
Think the mediascreen to choose carousel images should open, but it doesn`t.! -

this sounds weird.Did you try another browser?
Do you have any other plugins active?

I have the same problem and tried to reinstall and use different browsers, but it still doesn't work when i click on Carousel on the Gridder.Please help!

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
