thumbnails no longer clickable

The mouseover no longer works on project thumbnails. They are no longer clickable. I do not understand where this problem comes from?

Yes, all the pictures are thumbnails for projects with other pictures inside.
Like you can see with this link : http://camilletricoire.com/vichy
Normally, the name of the project should appear when the mouse come on it.Thank you

if you inspect the website you can see that you nav bar is covering the whole website.
Do you use CUSTOM CSS?
