Background Image on Single Page

I have set an image to be the background image of the single page "information" and set it to use browser height, however I have padding added to the top of the page so all the information appears below the navigation.Is there a way to get the background image to also take up the space of the padding (in other words, have the padding be transparent) ?
Am I potentially making this more difficult for myself and there is another way to do this?
I have attempted to remove the padding but then my body/paragraph type overlaps with the navigation bar so I need the padding to knock it down on the page. -
Dear @jfrederick
you can play around with this code:.row.one-col-row { margin: 0px !important; }
Have a look here as well:

Hi @mariusjopen - Thank you! However that then removes my row gutter space I had added, it doesn't use the image to fill the gutter & frame.

Dear @jfrederick
best is you play around with the margin and have a look at the documentary to address only specific pages.I think I do not completely understand what you want to go for.
Best!
