Dear everybody,
then until now the only option is to deactivate YOAST.
Best!

Same problem. If you can fix it, would be great!

Oh yea I'm looking into it, could take a little while, really not sure why this happens.

Any update on this issue?

Hello Marius!
I wrote already in another post (with the same problem), thanks for your answer there!
Can you tell how long it will need until yoast will work again with lay? or would you suggest to look for another seo tool?
thank you and all the best!

Hello everyone,
as I needed YOAST SEO very urgent for one of my clients websites, I tried the following (and it worked):
- updated to the latest versions of Wordpress and LAY Theme
- deleted the content in WP-Content > Plugins > Wordpress SEO
- downloaded the Ver. 9.3 of YOAST SEO (get it here)
- upload the folder’s content to WP-Content > Plugins > Wordpress SEO
- refreshed the site in LAY’s backend and the Gridder was there again
PS: tried that also with 9.4 and then it wasn’t working again ...
Greetings

@mariusjopen said in Problems with Plugin "YOAST SEO":
difficult to predict right now. Better is to look for another tool.
Which other tool?

Hey everyone,
sorry that i need to ask again. my page is done with lay and i used yoast. some weeks or months ago i wanted to change / add some things to the page and then that yoast problem came. back then i decided to wait, because that change wasn't urgent. and yoast worked pretty well (at least the page appears pretty good at google).
so know i would like to ask if you see any chance that this yoast problem is solved the next time? otherwise i'm gonna change the seo plugin which would be ok as well.
but therefore i have some questions:
- does any one of you has a suggestion for an alternative?
- is there any way to "migrate" the content (especially the sentences for the sites, it wasn't that much what i did with yoast)
- do the things i typed in yoast (when it still worked) "work" at the moment? so does google read them even if i cannot change the page or are the completely deactivated?
- and the most important question: does it has any impact on how google "ranks" the page when i change the plugin? as you might notice i'm not too familiar with these things :/
sorry for the questions, but i really appreciate your answers!
thanks a lot

Hello Everyone!
That's great, Thank you Armin and Marius! In my case it is working as well! I just logged in and saw that Wordpress tells me I can update Yoast (from Version 11.1.1 to 11.2.1. Because of the problems I'm not sure if I really should do that, does anyone has experiences with Version 11.2.1?
Thanks and all the best
Sebastian
