we would like to move the web host for peoplewebsite.de to 1&1: https://www.ionos.de/hosting/webhosting#packages
Just be sure that 1&1 is working with Lay Theme.
And do you think the Essential is enough or better the Business one?

any host with the newest Wordpress running is good.
Personally I do not like 1&1. Dreamhost is my choice. But well…Best!

it is just a big provider who do probably not help you that much if you really need help.
Too many client requests. But that is my personal experience.Probably all is good with 1&1.

Strato should work just fine.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
