Font embeded in site don't show in several browsers, versions, devices
-
Hello, I am working on 2 websites. Both of them work with only one woff2 font that I uploaded as I was supposed to. Unfortunately I accounted problems with the fonts being replaced by random system fonts on different browsers, different versions of the same browser and devices. Of course many computers use older system versions, so I dont know what exactly the problem is and how I can force the font to appear on every device. Help would be much appreciated!!
Also on the first link I the forward and backward buttons that follow the mouse look like they are a zoomed version of my 70px x 70px gif triangles. Do I have to change that somewhere else than in the Carousel preferences?

Dear @Bastion
To website 1:
Is this not the Gerstner font?
How do you want the triangles to look like?
To website 2:
And this is not he NeuRAP_Boo?Best!

Thank you for your reply, Marius! The triangle problem is solved. Concerning the font problem: On my machines the fonts also show correctly. It is the computer of both of my clients that are not displaying it. I send 2 screenshots concerning the Gerstner font that also show the system and browser. The other client did not send me those screenshots of his system yet. I have no clue what causes this and how to fix it.

Dear Marius, now I also received screenshots from 2 computers of my client, where the NeuRap font is not working. It only works with Chrome on their machines. Can you figure out, what the problem could be? All the best, Sebastian.

I will have a look with Armin.Best!

sorry for the late reply and sorry, i can't reproduce this
maybe try a woff font instead of woff2
if you google woff2 to woff you'll probably find some websites that create woff out of woff2 fonts
