Overlay of page content when switching to another menu point

Hi!
We are having a problem with our site and I just don't get why, seems to be a bug :(
Our website: https://objstudio.com/
browser I am using: Chrome

Everything works fine until you click on a menu point (in our case the menu is only for different language versions of the page). There is 1-2 seconds in which the text content of the fullscreen-slider page is layed on top of each other, after that everything works again.

Hi Marius,
I'm only using one cookie notice plugin and this custom code for it:

Hi, yes someone changed it for me but I don't have clue how to be honest :) Anyways it's solved!
