Carousel Images are very small on mobile
-
Hey all. Trying to figure out how to increase the size of images on mobile. They look great on desktop, but as soon as I switch over to mobile, they're incredibly small. Any idea?
Thanks!

Dear @AaronDuRall
Can you post a link to our website?
Then we can have a look and inspect that.Marius

Same here so I'll take over this thread.
I always start the carousel with a landscape image so that it fills the whole screen on desktop. Portrait images then have the same height, which looks perfect to me.
On mobile (when held in portrait orientation), I should do it the other way around, it seems. First image determines the height of the carousel, and landscape images look very small on the mobile screen.
Is there a setting I am missing?

Thank you for having a look!

hey sorry for the late reply.
so this is no bug with the carousel, it is just that your phone is portrait and your desktop is landscape.
You could use a custom phone layout and insert a new carousel where the aspect ratio is different. Choose an aspect ratio where your portrait images are shown bigger.
Or start your carousel with a portrait image in your custom phone layout. -
@arminunruh sorry for just seeing this. is there a way to just disable the carousel for mobile sites while having it active on desktop?
