video not working on tablet

my videos in my projects are not working on my tablet..iphone and desktop is working perfect
i see the thumbnail..but cannot click the movie??

hi there,

we have the same problem. On iPad Pro iOS 13 the video dosen´t start on click at the Custom-Icon. On Desktop it works great and iPhone we must double tap on the video. Than it will start with the default Controlpanel. Checked is all except Autoplay and Show Standard Controls.

Hi. Here it dosen´t work. A brand new ipad show the play icon but it dosen´t start. Which iPad do you use? Which Version. We have customsers the said the same. It dosen´t work on iOS 13 with Safari and Chrome.
