scroll down to anchor/sitetitle cut off

I am encountering some issues with my website. I have CSS knowledge but I am not that good with java script.
Here my website: lauralackner.ch

I managed to change the CSS to scroll down to the anchor, but it doesn’t scroll exactly to the top. That happens in all browsers (safari/chorme etc.). I have no idea how to fix that, or if I did something wrong..

As well I have some problems with the sitetitle and menupoints that are italic on hover, but in safari they are cut of at the end, but in chrome it seems to work.. again, I don’t know what I did wrong or how to fix it and I already researched in the laytheme forum.

There is no button to scroll back up, you can click on the words on the left and it scrolls to the different projects.

I assume that you use jQuery to scroll to the section, right?

Chrome has an issue with this function sometimes.

Best is to try out another with jQuery. I once had this issue as well.
