Lost registration + activation error

Hi,
I've bought the Lay theme for EUR 89 in 2020/02.

I just started to work on one of my pages... now the problems...

1.)
I had to change the domain #1 to another package with the same hosting company. Unfortunately, I think, I "lost" one registration.

2.)
I used domain #2 to learn a bit about webdesign with the Lay theme.
Now I set Wordpress to Multimode (everything worked out pretty good).
I could set the project #1 to Lay... but then I couldn't activate the license.
Error message: "Unfortunately, you are not authorized to access this page."
I tried with both, the domain I had on the other server before, and a new website.
Both the same...
Did I have to change some things "by hand"?

Sorry, I am niw to all this.

I work with Firefoy and Chrome.
