Customising not working

Hi, customising page not displaying anything. 

Panel on left appears, but no page preview on the right. And no further options on the panel. Working on firefox. Same deal on safari.

Hello @NAS and @mariusjopen same problem here! customize page is not showing anything, it says "loading" forever. I tried with Safari, Chrome and Fire Fox but nothing changed. Did you manage to solve the problem?

Do you have any third-party plugins installed or CUSTOM JS code? Is it possible to deactivate it for a moment to see if the problem remains?

Do you have everything up-to-date?
Wordpress, Plugins, Laytheme.

Hello @mariusjopen thank you so much for the answer! I have everything up-to-date and I don't seem to have any external plugin installed but maybe I'm missing something. I can send you my username and pw if you want to inspect it.
