mp4 autoplay mobile
-
Hey, Thanks for the theme, I love it and use it a lot :)
In www.talineiman.com - Mobile version:
My projects all start with a video.
Some of them are autoplaying but some of them are not (and have a play buttom)
Why is this happening if they all have the same settings? (autoplay - mute - loop)Thanks!

Dear @tali
on my phone all videos inside a project work with autoplay an no control buttons.
Which browser do you use?Best!

Hey Armin & @mariusjopen,
Hope all is well! If I understand correctly, I believe I'm experiencing the same or similar issue with HTML5 videos in carousels viewed on mobile.
Although I've only checked off autoplay, mute & loop, these videos are still showing their controls on mobile and blocking users from tapping to the next or previous image in the carousel.
One video for reference can be found in the second slide of this carousel: https://phil-gibson.com/#you-could-just
Thanks in advance for the assist!
Best,

Dear @Phil-Gibson
Can you tell us which phone and browser you are using?
Thank you!

Hey Marius,
I've tested this out on a few different iPhones (6, 6s, 11...etc.) and have seen or received the same feedback on both Chrome and Safari.
Thanks again,

Dear @Phil-Gibson
Ok, thank you for writing. We will have a look also with Armin and hope to get back to you as soon as possible.
Thank you for using LayTheme!

Hey
@Phil-Gibson please create a separate thread for your separate problem for future postsI think once there was this bug on iOS where autoplay would only work if controls were enabled, so I enabled controls for autoplaying videos. I will re-address this and take a look if this is still the case.
I'll also look into videos blocking the carousel from going to the next slide.
