FULL SCREEN SLIDER NOT WORKING

Hello, I have a problem with the Fullscreen Slider. It's not working at all. Although it seem to be all the options ON, I'm not able to insert the plugin, it doesn't appear anywhere.
Below you have two screenshot of my options. Do you know what is not working?

so the fullscreen slider is not an element that you insert into your layout
it just changes the scrolling behaviour and some other things on the page it is activated on

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
