      would be great if you could explain what your end goal is, like what should it look like

        Thanks! I would like the PHOTOGRAPHY / FILM Footer that is on the bottom of the page, FIXED. The CHRISTIAN LACROIX X DESIGUAL, 2019 that you captured is the capture of the Carrousel, not the Footer.           in your css do

          position: fixed!important;

          instead of just

          position: fixed;

          this is your css:

          #footer-region {
          position: fixed!important;
          bottom: -3px;
          left: 0;
          width: 100%;
          z-index: 1;
          }

          you could also try and just update lay theme, i changed the order of css again now, so it could maybe work now

            Before you post:
            1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
            2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
            3. Disable all Plugins
            4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

            This often solves issues you might run into

            When you post:
            1. Post a link to where the problem is
            2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
            3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
