Carousel numbering bug when window resized

Noticed problem on both Chrome and Safari

When the browser window is resized down to switch to the mobile layout, the numbering on the carousel displays incorrectly. Attaching screenshots of the issue here.

They return to normal once the browser is expanded past the mobile layout.
