Parse error: website crash! help!

hello again, nobody is answering to my issue but my website crashed completely after updating my lay theme. I can no longer even login into wordpress. My main website www.elenagallen.com displays this error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /usr/home/elenagallen.com/web/wp-content/themes/lay/frontend/assets/php/row/row_functions.php on line 10
please I need immediate help to get my site back up but since i cannot login to the admin it seems impossible..

can you login via FTP and rename the folder of laytheme. Then a different theme will be activated.

you need to update your php version to like 7.3 in your webhost control panel

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
