Multi Language

I tried so hard to install a plugin for have a Multi-language Website but i have problems all the time. I tried with all of this list and don't work any plugin. The one that most "work" is "TranslatePress" but no. You know any plugin that works properly with Laytheme?
Please I need help for this.

Hi Marius, A friend helped me and I have another version of Qtranslate and it works. the only thing I cant translate is the "Site Tagline" I'm using this version: https://github.com/qtranslate/qtranslate-xt

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
