TOP FRAME % INSTEAD OF PIXEL

Hey! Trying to override the top frame size to use % instead of pixels for this site waterschool.info. Could you please help?

Yeah exactly! right now laytheme is letting me put a PX amount for TOP and % for the SIDES /BOTTOM. Would like to get it so that it is a percentage at the TOP as well, how do I override the PX? ty!

I think you need to do that manually with CUSTOM CSS.
Not much CSS knowledge is needed for that.

ah sorry, there was an error in my code and thats why the !important wasnt effecting the padding. got it to work ty
