Large space beneath menu

Hi!
Some unwanted negative space has appeared beneath the menu titles while re-working the layout. I've been troubleshooting for a few days now (thought it might be gridder height or footer?) but cannot seem to figure out what is causing this abundance of space.
Hopefully someone can help out. Thank so much!

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
