Anchorschroll does not work properly

I’m working on a new webpage with a menu that is linked to anchors at the same page.
don’t get why it’s not working properly. Starting from the point: _Stop-Motion. Do you have any ideas?webpage: hannaneick.de

I can see that the anchors are linking to the page.
But just the animation does not work.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
