Problem installing lay theme

Hi, i just purchased the lay theme and got he following error while installing / uploading the theme to wordpress.
The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.How to solve this? thnx (ps i am a wp newbee)

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
