Idea for the Thumbnail Grid

I think an hover-option for the thumbnail grid, where all other project thumbs fade/change color, would be nice.

So you hover over a project thumb, and it doens't change, but all the remaining project thumbs change.

Also a feature for hiding the current project would be cool!

E.g.
Using a thumbnail grid and have it placed in the footer for projects to show something like further projects then automatically hide the current project to avoid redundancy.
