Active status of the menu inside a category

Hi guys. I have a problem with the active status of the menu inside a category.
I have 3 pages created in my main menu.
One of them is "Design", where there are projects with assigned categories. Inside a project I have links of the different categories to which it belongs. When I click on one of those categories (for example "Logotype"), the word "Design" in the menu loses its active status, and it should maintain because "Logotype" belongs to "Design". Am I doing something wrong? How can I fix that?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
