hey please try to disable your webhost's firewall.

or probably: sometimes you need to click around in the dashboard more often and like go to some page, then go back to "dashboard" -> "updates" and do that a couple of times and then it shows up on "dashboard" -> "updates"

I already turned off the firewall, at my web host in my Cloudflare as well, refreshed the page a few times, moved to other pages, etc. Unfortunately, I still can't update.

my host told me that they can't turn off the firewall, it was a misunderstanding, I thought I switched it off. So, maybe you can send via a link the new lay version, or somehow solve this problem.

@arminunruh thank's, I've already installed, but I'm faced with another 2 bugs.

1. the parallax on cover img is not working anymore
2. the html 5 video doesn't load as well

I tried to publish a new project, but the publish button is inactive, so after the update seems like everything at the website is crushed.

I've already solved the problem, my site crushed down because the shortpixel and the wp-rocket plugins did something wrong.
