Imagehover addon not activating while scrolling

The two rows below the cover on the homepage have a row background link with an image hover, only issue is if you're scrolling through the page the image hover doesn't activate - it only activates if you stop scrolling, then move the cursor completely off the row, then over the row again. Thanks so much!!

@arminunruh Seems like the background image, while being the link with the attached hoverimage, also obscures the hover ability.
For now I've corrected with:
.background-image img { pointer-events: none; }Thanks again <3

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
