Front Page Customizer doesn't work

The customizer shows the Intro and front page feature.
Once I click on a link on the website, the front page and Intro feature will disappear.

I have the same kind of problem - I've activated "Intro feature" in lay options but cant seem to have access to intro settings in the customizer - I've also tried everything on the troubleshooting section but nothing works..

I wanted to follow up, apologies for the delay,

Did you come to any solution to your problem?
Just to make sure:

• do you have any third party plugins installed that when de-activated solve the issue?

• do you have any Custom CSS or JS that when temporarily removed solves the issue?

• are both Lay Theme and Lay Theme's addons all up to date , as well as Wordpress?

If not, and still an issue
could please you send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?

And a closer inspection will be possible :)
