Child Theme Configurator by Lilaea

Hi there,
I have been using the Child Theme Configurator by Lilaea for years to create a child of Lay Theme.
Just this time it shows me an error (see below) and I am not sure if I can use this plugin anymore..
Anyone knows? Thank you!

This question goes deeper than me, however i will forward this for a better answer, it could well be that you may not be able to use this plugin in the future, apologies if this is the case :)

lay theme was not built with child theme compatibility in mind :O
but i have seen people still create child themes with lay theme
try to look at these lines of code and i guess it is an error in the PHP code
the code at that place tries to access an array like $array['hey'] but $array is not an array but a boolean, meaning a variable that can either be true or falsegood luck
Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
