Image hover plugin does't work

hey, I installed the plugin and did some plugin settings but the plugin button doesn't show up if I want to link text. I checked everything, wp, lay theme and plugin is updated. there are no other plugins. I also checked my ftp server, the plugin installation folder is placed correctly.

so I don't know what to do, is there a solution for this bug? :o
