Hello,
We made our website and the images don’t load on many computers, although we tried using different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). Sometimes it works on only one browser, sometimes on none. Do you know of this issue? Might it have to do with image size? Anything to do with display options?

Some first steps of debugging if possible :)
Do you have any third-party plugins installed that when de-activated solve the issue?
Do you have any Custom JS that when temporarily removed solves the issue?
Are Wordpress, Laytheme & Lay theme's plugins all up to date & in sync?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
