Mobile Menu won't open with Firefox and Instagram-Browser
-
Dear Lay-Team,
I'm very happy with my new website and the theme: https://alexgotter.com/
The only thing people wrote me, was that the mobile menu won't open with Firefox mobile- and the Instagram-browser (iPhone). I tried all Styles and different options (fixed, not fixed, bigger menu bar etc.) but couldn't come up with a solution (could only verify the Firefox Bug since I'm using Android). Thanks for the help!/edit: I'm using the newest version 3.5.7 and all the plugins are updated.
Best

Dear Alex @AlexAlex
Thats a beautiful website,
Sorry about the issues with Firefox - others have also expressed that the last update and Firefox didn't mix so well.Just to be sure one last time if you will:
-
Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date?
-
Any Custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.
-
And third-party plugins de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.
If these do not help:
Could you please send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?And will try to get this Bug sorted out as soon as possible
Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused Alex and have a wonderful day
Sincerely
Richard -

Yes, all up to date.Any Custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.
I delete everything from the Mobile CSS in the customizer, same problem. And third-party plugins de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.
I deactivated every plugin except Lay Theme plugins. Same problem.I wrote you an E-Mail. Thank you!
