Can not enter admin area

After Wordpress was updated and I just checked in on my website under construction I can no longer get access to my admin area. I already tried to deactivate "themes" and "plugins" on my ftp but keep having the same error: "Deprecated: Function get_magic_quotes_gpc() is deprecated in…" since I can not enter the admin area I can also not see if lay theme is not updated correctly. Any ideas?

Are you able to update your php version within your Hosting Platform?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
