    Hello,
    I've been trying to get carousel to work for hours but nothing works. I have reset my entire website and thus also updated all plugins. I don't see my images in Chrome or Safari. :(

    Please help me!

    PS.: I also tried getting along with the full screen slider...does not work either. What am I doing wrong?

      Please make sure of the following:

      Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?

      Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.

      Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.

      If using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.

      License key not activated - (in website blank situations or button not available)

      If your WordPress Dashboard shows a warning "PHP Update required”
      Please update your PHP version in your webhost control panel.

      Additionally take a look at https://laytheme.com/troubleshooting.html
      for known problems.

      If these do not help:

      Could you please send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?

      Is likely a Bug & will try to get it sorted as soon as possible.

        A new Carousel update is available ,ver. 1.8.2

            Hi,

            the addon doesn't work. All images on my website that were created with the addon are no longer displayed

            I have an older Carousel version 1.2.3. When I try to update, I get the message that the plugin is up to date. But I would like to update to version 1.8.2.

            Reinstalling the addon did not work. I also tried to re-upload the images wie carousel-addon. In the edit menu of Wordpress it shows me images, but not on the website itself.

            Wordpress is also up to date.

            The following message appears under update-menu.

            ... bject from empty value in /var/customers/webs/web512/wp-content/plugins/laytheme-carousel/plugin_update_check.php on line 232

            I would be really grateful for help!

              • Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ? ( I know you are having trouble with this! )

                    Hi Richard,

                    I don't know if you've already done something on my website. Anyway, to my suprise I was able to do an Carousel update 1.8.2. today :)
                    In any case, thank you very much if you have solved the problem! :)

                        Maybe there was an issue with the update service,
                        Someone else also told me they couldn't update for a few days

                        2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
                        3. Disable all Plugins
                        4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

                        This often solves issues you might run into

                        When you post:
                        1. Post a link to where the problem is
                        2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
                        3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
