mobile site title not working

hey, for some reason, changes I make in the customizer for the site title don't apply to the mobile layout.
padding, font-size, line breaks.. all works for desktop and tablet but get ignored for phone layout:

do I oversee something?
do you have any hints how to fix this?

I found the problem, my bad, did not realize that mobile site title has an own section in the customizer.
problem solved.
