Anchor scroll - Top area is hidden when clicking the anchor scroll link

Hi there,

I have a problem with the anchor scroll.
If I click one of the anchor scroll links(years), it works well. But when I scroll all the way to the top, it seems to be covered with something.

Did someone have a similar issue?
